New naildesign: grand opening of Gmax skien.

00:01 tonight Gmax is opening their 7th sports weathouse om Skien and I'm helping them.


The store is huge... Around 4000 kvm. So since this is a spesial event and There's going to come a lot of people I just had to make a nail design for this.

The light blue that I used is almost The same color as The uniform we are using.

It hurts me to say that my best friend for three years unfortunately has passed away.

It hurts even to say that because of this unfortunately leaves little time for blogging in the near future.
I must find a new best friend first.

Ok,ok I will not torment you. It's my computer that will not live more.

I am now forced to either get me a new computer or fix the old for the 2nd time of less than 6 months.

Giveaway on NailsN'cupcakes. Woop Woop. :)

Today I came across this post on NailzN'cupcakes and I have to sign up for that too.

This is the first time I participate in a giveaway, so I was "forced" to join.

I have participated in several competitions earlier without winning anything, but I have to keep trying, because one day it is my turn. :)

Well, anyway.

here's a photo of an old nail design that I've done.

Ok, first. I got a package in the mail yesterday. My new top coat from the "Out the door." I ordered it on Amazon on August 23

Since I've read a lot and seen a number of bloggers  using this top coat, I just had to try it yourself. It was quite expensive, but since it is 118 ml so I feel that it was worth the money .

 Since I did not read the full description of this product before I bought it from amazon.com I was not aware that it was intended to refill the smaller bottles of "Out the door." So when I got the package in the mail yesterday I got a surprise.

It lacks the brush that you use to apply nail polish with. So now I must find out where I can get hold of an empty bottle so I can try this product.

I got some new brushes today after work, and I can not wait to try them out.

These are just normal paint brushes from clas ohlson and cost around 20 kr. each (thats around £ 2)

these are really good to do thin stripes and fine nail art.



cherry nails :)

I saw a design by cutepolish on YouTube, and I fell in love with it and had to do my nails this way.

I didn't have time to make cherrys on al my nails so I just made it on the ringfinger og the thumb.

For this design I  used O.P.I alpine snow as the base color  with O.P.I base coat under and O.P.I top coat over.

I was very pleased with my result and got a lot of comments on it at work.

the only negative thing about this design is the O.P.I nailpolish.

I don't like to go to work when I have O.P.I on my nails because the polish "flakes" very easily and not just the corners but really big flakes. I work in a kitchen supplies store and I don't really do that much things that can ruin my nails. I will do a reveiw on different nailpolishes in a bit, so I'll leave it at that for now.
